Priyageetha Dia

Priyageetha Dia (Singapore, b.1992) brings forth a practice which oscillates between the banality of lived spaces and the othered racialised body, whilst simultaneously subverting it with her gold alter ego. She is known for her work The Golden Staircase in 2017 and Golden Flags in 2018. In 2019, she was presented with the IMPART Artist Award by Art Outreach Singapore.
